Liked our rooms with jacuzzi bath. It had a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were really helpful. The room I booked was great-sized with jacuzzi bath. Extra facilities such as a microwave oven and a refrigerator were really useful. The location of this hotel was good. I had a very pleasant stay.

The room at Bakersfield Inn & Suites was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The beds were comfortable and felt relatively new. The room size was also quite spacious, and the parking area was well-maintained with good lighting. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure with security cameras in place.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. I would never, in 1,000,000 years, stay at this hotel again. The staff was rude. No room service. They would not even give me tells the next day. If you're traveling to this area please spend a little extra money and go to a different hotel.

the hotel had a mildew odor and the ceiling had noticable patch work from leak in ceiling.

Had pleasant 1 night here. We took a king room and it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. The very amiable and affable staff provided all the necessary info. The property's location was favourable, close to mall.

Didn't like the area, it was very unsafe.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge and microwave. The bed was cozy and the TV was a good size for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the separate shower and tub in the bathroom. The location was convenient with restaurants nearby, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was told there was a refridgerator but there wasn't, I called the office and they said they made a mistake. non at that rate with one.

the curtain was half down in room it was missing hooks the chair bottom fabric was hanging down the couch fabric had holes in it andthe cussions were wore out the remote on the tv would not work with the numbers 1.3,and 9 I told the man at the front desk three times but he did not want to fix it he sent me to another room where the maintenance man was to program it he tried but it still did not work next door the homeless took residence at the laundry mat and the pool had green algee growjng in it I will not stay there again

I liked this comfortable hotel. I have stayed in king room with a jacuzzi and bathtub, for example for 1 night. The staff I met were really helpful and very very helpful. The location was good - close to restaurants & fast food locations as well as grocery stores, restaurants, Shell gas station & freeway access. It also was close to air port.
